Kareena has always been an attention seeker, its kind of scary. Even her recent appearances, she purposely shows skin to show people that she lost weight

Without even joining instagram, she is all over the media. She cannot even ensure the privacy of her toddler. If Parents want, they can make sure their kids are left alone. But, they seem to enjoy the attention.
