I would've worded it differently but I totally agree. Aishwarya is no abla nari or bechari bahu. If she's being oppressed by the Bachchans then as an independent working woman she has the opportunity to leave them. She's not forced to stay with them.

The actual bechari bahus are the poor women who are forced to stay with their abusive in laws because they have no way to be independent and support themselves. Aishwarya is not one of those women FOR SURE.

Maybe bcoz Jaya Bachchan comes across as a Snooty Woman who is always ill tempered and Grumpy 😆

Abhishek walking off when Ash was posing with him. Which gave "Abhimaan" film vibes. So, people feel maybe they r uncomfortable to see her more successful than him.

Also, Bachchan's anger against Dhoom 2 kiss makes one wonder if they r actually comfortable with ADHM or if Ash is doing it despite their reservations. Also if am not wrong, Amitabh n Abhishek never tweeted for ADHM at all though they were very active on twitter. I think only after backlash did Abhishek tweet about her film.

Ash getting teary eyed easily when Media were constantly clicking pics.

Also, i keep hearing all these stuff about Shweta and Ash not in good terms. Wonder how true it is. 😕

It must suck to be Abhishek. He is surrounded by Big Wigs in his family. He had so much pressure even during his debut too from his Parents. I remember Jaya saying "I dont know how but Abhishek has to do it as he comes from illustrious family" - something on those lines.

I think it hurts him a lot that he loves Ash but is unable to become successful. His mood swings are a result of it.
