Sui Dhaaga comes on 28th September. Its not over confidence. But film is tend to do well with Pan-India appeal. I hope you do admit Varun being a bigger star if SD takes more than 13cr opening. Giving you a benefit here - 1 VD + 1 Anushka. So VD has to beat Alia's 9cr. And Anu's Pari on Holi had 4cr. So in total Sui Dhaaga has to do more than 13cr to prove himself. and for that I place the bet. Cya on 29th :) Trades have more faith than me also. I mean they expect 100cr film here as YRF have said about it's appeal

Why are people all after October? What did the film have besides Varun Dhawan???

All Ranbir fans fooling around on here should recall this film opened higher than Jagga Jasoos. A big adventure film with chartbuster Galti Se Mistake, popular production house and A list actress Katrina Kaif.

@Song - Oh trust me - expectations are believable for Sui Dhaaga and quite unreal for Sanju, Brahmastra which is supposed to cross 260cr to be just a hit.

I know it's coming on 28th September, but it still got advantage of Gandhi Jayanti holiday. That's why I said the opening should be bigger than Raazi, since the release date is on non-holiday. Don't worry, I'm not egoistic, and I used to consider and even say on this forum that Varun is a bigger star than Alia until Raazi happened. 13 Crores? Fine...let's see if it can do that.

Jagga Jasoos had zero buzz,even the little it had was all negative.The trade started pulling it down on the first day itself...even Salman Khan wouldn't have made it a hit and the day the trade starts pulling down Varun's movies,it won't make even 3CR,forget the business JJ did despite all the negativity.Good luck!
