I don't think actresses get paid just 5% of what salman gets. U get paid according to the length of ur role and your ability to bring audience to theatres just with ur name

I just want to know why does PC call 40 and 50 year old men as 'BOYS'? Is it the same logic as parents use for their sons-a groom is always the 'ladka'.

All established actresses should turn down such movies, only then they would be paid a fairer amount.

Salman's movie openings are bigger than the lifetime collections of so called established actresses, why should they be paid the same

She's offered 5% of the male actor's fees as mostly actresses get to play only 5% role. They are called for dance sequences and are given roles like extras or guest appearances in the movie. Most of them are barely given dialogues. When they accept such roles, they can't even expect a big payment unless they play an equal part in the movie but most don't as they love working with Khans and are sure about the success of the movie. Kangana refuses to do such movies and lands up with some trash like Simran. I don't know even what role she played in BM and Gunday as she was barely seen on screen and danced 2-3 songs. PC is a good actress but no point playing background roles.

so why should she be paid more

why make this a male vs female thing where as it is simply about who fills in more seats

deepika got the most paid for padmavat..

it is not that they are unfairly paying women less..most of them just don't fill seats in and their delusional self just blame it all on them having a vagina than realizing they barely fill seats
