Forgotten the name of the person who asked- But no, Dia Mirza isn't a Telugu speaker or from those states. She is Hyderabadi, half-Bengali/half-German, born to a Bengali mother & German father. She took Mirza from her step-father, a Hyderabadi gentleman... God, I sound like I am writing her biography. 😆

Disagree with certain names... Just because an actress debuted first in south indian industry but did only Bollywood movies later in career. Doesn't make them south indian actresses...
Sridevi started from south then transferred to bollywood but continued with movies in south. Same goes for illeana.. Others like Aishwarya PC just did 1 movie in beginning of their career

She means by origin. They are all South Indians by birth not by debut😆

Fukrey actress Priya Anand is a mix of Tamil n Telugu I think.

Many with Maharashtrian surnames ending with Kar (like Tendulkar) are Konkani. One old actress with light eyes was Konkani , forgot her name. Used to confuse her with Ayesha Jhulka.

- Leena Chandavarkar is also Karnataka Konkani I think.

Kannada speakers don't understand much Tulu, there are some similar words but overall different languages. ohh thanks for telling...dia is from hyderabad na so i thought she is also telugu😃
