Amrita Rao and Isha Koppikar are Konkani.
Aditi Rao is half Telgu and half Konkani.
Aathiya Shetty and Shamitha Shetty are Tulu speaking.
Malaika and Amrita Arora are half Malyalis.

Can anyone tell me the difference between konkani tulu and kannad?

Vidya is basically from Palakkad , kerala but belongs to Tamil descent

It's Kannada not kannad 😊 Kannada is spoken all over the state while Tulu is spoken in coastal Karnataka side, mostly Mangalore and Udupi. Kannada speakers don't understand much Tulu, there are some similar words but overall different languages. Konkani is spoken mostly in Goa, Maharashtra and Karnataka.. don't know much about it but it sounds kinda similar to Marathi.

To add to it -

Konkanis belong to the Konkan belt of India and are inhabitants of Maharashtra, Goa and Uttara Kannada district of Karnataka. Dakshina Kannada and Udupi district also have Konkanis but these two districts are the main native place of Tulu speakers. Inhabitants of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts are usually referred to as Mangaloreans. So a Mangalorean can be a Tulu, a Konkani, a Kannada or even a Byari speaker.

The language Konkani varies from Maharshtra to Goa to Karnataka. With the Marathi influence reducing as you move southwards.
