Aamir Khan on Shah Rukh Khan's statement that actors should reduce the

Aamir Khan celebrated his birthday today
with media and Kiran Rao. The actor came
to Mumbai from Jodhpur today. He was
shooting for his film Thugs Of Hindostan in
Rajasthan.
The superstar held a press conference today
at his residence. During the conference,
Aamir Khan was asked his views on Shah
Rukh Khan's statement that actors should
charge less fees so that more money is
spent on film-making and production
process.
On this, Aamir answered, "Main toh fees leta
hi nahi. Bahot saal ho gaye maine fees lena
band kiya hai. Jo film agar
kam kamati hai toh main kam kamata hoon.
Agar
jyada kamati hai toh jyada kamata hoon. (I
don't take fees. I have stopped taking fees
years ago. If a film makes
less collection, I take less fees; if the film
makes a big collection, eventually I earn
more.)"

A few days ago, at the October trailer launch,
even Varun Dhawan was asked the same
question.
Reacting to this, the Judwaa 2 actor said, "I

The actor also said that he never faced any
issues with filmmakers when it comes to
fees. He said, "Maine toh kabhi yeh face nahi
kiya hai problem jab bhi main film karta
hoon (I never faced this problem when I
work in a film). I want to look that everyone
is safe; the producers are also happy
making the film and then you can go
ahead."
