She can comfort herself with the fact that Padmavati would still earn BO success without her presence which was as good as invisible.

Oh god plz make me jobless like deepika 😆 And imo deepika's fees is justified, i mean if floppies like ranbir can get paid 25 crores, then deepika surely deserves this or even more. She has earned it!

Do you know her personally to glean how she felt about her contemporaries? Aren't all actors insecure and jealous of the success of their rivals, so why will this karma selectively target her?

In these so-called bad 3 years she has starred in the super-successful Bajirao Mastani and Padmavati. The collections of XXX3 are around USD 350mn on a budget of 85 mn. XXX was such a huge flop according to this forum, hence a sequel is being planned cause studios usually fund flop projects.

If this is bad karma, then lets hope everyone sees such bad karma in their professional life. Any other actress would have been heralded for having such a hit streak but only Deepika's success is dismissed.
