After successful outings in Sanjay Leela
Bhansali films, Ranveer Singh is
reportedly set to be reunited with his
real-life love, Deepika Padukone in Rohit
Shetty's next Simmba'.
According to reports, Padukone is
hoping to do some lighter films after the
hard-hitting Padmaavat' earlier this year.
Also, with her next with Vishal Bhardwaj
delayed, she has availability and may sign
up to Shetty's film. This will also see her
returning to Shetty, who she worked
with last in Chennai Express' (2013).
It is yet to be officially announced by
Shetty whether this news is official.

I dont trust this yet.. 99. 99 5 untrue mostly. I want her to do the film only if she has a good role in it.

I wish someone made a romcom wwith deepveer maybe zoya can after Gully boy.

The movie starts shooting in a month and they still haven't finalised the heroine.😕

The actress' role seems insignificant. Deepika will only sign it if she gets a meaty role.

But...what happened to her unbearable back pain? 😕

Rumours are doing the rounds that Deepika Padukone is suffering from unbearable back pain and it's getting worse by the day. The doctors have treated her pain and asked the actress to lay low and rest at home for a complete 3-4 months. Deepika has been working non-stop and all this has added stress to her back and it ended up being increasingly unbearable.

Its surprising that DP agreed to do this flowerpot role because Simmba is an offshoot of Shetty's Singham series and as everyone knows, Singham heroines dont have much to do, its an all Macho show

Moreover, have Shetty/Dharma agreed to pay DP the 12 crores shes charging nowadays?

Fillumbaazi (TV BW news) reported last week that DP is "jobless" now because shes demanding 12 crores for any new movie and shes not agreeable to do movies for less so shes not signing any new movies now.

She played flowerpot in Padmavati too. Wearing heavy costumes n reading dialogues in a one tone voice is NOT acting. The last film she acted well was Ram Leela.
