I dont think he has brain cancer.

Considering his history of jaundice I suspect a gastrointestinal tumor of gall bladder or pancreatic tumor if God forbid its cancer.

If not then it could be some rare liver disease ...

The philosophical tone with be positive touch and song of life , to dance of life to victory . Everything gives away , as i said earlier its a PR for his upcoming movie. No one issue such philosophical messages in between some rare life disease.

^^I thought otherwise looking at the letter.. I hope it is still otherwise like you say:(

I'm with the spirit of the letter though, health problems can be difficult to discuss and very emotionally taxing for the patient/family to talk about.. And does it matter what medical condition it is, he's suffering and in pain, we know that much, all that matters is he should get better, that life should liberate him from health issue. It's just very sad, wish he comes out of this asap, and the positive tone of the letter is inspiring.. Hope they are actually as positive as the letter makes it sound and can continue to remain so.

If he is really facing some life threatening disease than they will not release such statement after statement that too this kind of ambiguity with positive message, its like as if they are accountable to media and us to inform about their personal disaster. if it was true than there would have few blinds hear and there not some official statement from the actor himself.

When was the last time any star declared infront whole world like , look m having so so life threatening disease. 😆
