It was Mona's mother who tried to hit Sridevi ..not Boney's..

RGV is not n authority on Sridevi's life..so we shouldn't blindly believe whatever he says..

Regarding the equation of everyone involved in this messy situation..boney was infatuated with Sri since long and Mona knew about this..he had asked for divorce and she refused to give..read this in one of the old articles that re emerged after Sri's death. When Sridevi was alone during her mother's surgery..and the problems after that..Boney was her biggest support..he stood by her and helped her through all the litigations and trauma and they came close..

Not saying what they did was right but maybe that was meant to be..finally what matters is that they lived eachother and we're together till the end.

Mona handled it gracefully and brought up her kids to be amazing humans.. finally everyone has come to terms with whatever life threw towards them..who r we to judge them..

Just let them be

@anjs I am not blaming Sridevi
In an interview I think Sri only mentioned that Boney was after her from Mr India time. So even though his feelings gradually became deeper it was wrong for him to even start chasing Sridevi.
Not for 1-2 years but for 8 years.
He fathered two kids while going after an unmarried woman.
You only go after someone if you have no love or respect for your other half. So for 8 years he emotionally cheated Mona by being in love or lust with another person. Why did he not divorce his wife? Why wait for Sridevi to accept his proposal before asking for divorce? Forget the wife he didn't even think about his own kids and what they will go through because of him.

Yup.. It would have been okay with me.. As far as I am concerned, People can find their true love even after marriage but once you realize that you want to live with the other person, the first thing that you gotta do is come clean with your spouse

Boney should have divorced his dominating wife, given her the alimony she deserved, and then married Sri. Nobody would have pointed fingers at them if they did it the right way.

@bold ... I don't think he ever bothered to come clean or do the right thing.. Mona took Sridevi in when she needed a place to stay.. A few months down the line, it was revealed she is pregnant.

So, obviously Mona didn't know, I don't think she would have been so generous in helping out Sri if she knew what was happening...

So yea, Boney comes out looking like an absolutely spineless and cowardly person whichever way you look at it..

When I read Boney Kapoor chased Sridevi for 8 years all I remember is Anshula was 5 years old when he got married to Sri. I keep thinking this man can;t fall any lower in my eyes and keeps surprising me with these facts. Also I don't think he ever converted to Islam. His marriage with Sri devi was illegal as per what I have read.

People fall out of love, they meet the love of their life after they have kids especially if it was an arranged marriage. Just because they are parents does not mean they cannot fall in love. As long as they divorce the other partner before having a child with the other I think it is ok.

But what I hate in the whole thing is the kind of father Boney seemed to be when Arjun and Anshula were growing up. He ceased to be husband of Mona, but not the father of two children. It's like only his family with Sri mattered. Sanjay Kapoor especially stepped up and Anil did.

The fact that Arjun and Anshula stood up for Boney and his two daughters counting them as family in the worst moment of their lives shows what kind of person their mother was.

Boney is a horrible human being as far as I am concerned. His life was Sri, I am not even sure he was a good dad to Jhanvi and Khushi, Sri and her daughters seemed like a unit. As for Sri she had multiple affairs looking for love down South. I hope Boney steps up to the plate and is a father to his two daughters and his other set of kids.
