But FACTS and BOOKS are quite clear. The accused is considered innocent till PROVEN guilty. And the onus is on the accused. So unless Kangana can prove her claims, legally, HR is innocent. Reputation is another matter.

I didnt want to comment here and give some more attention to this already attention monger lady Kangu that too on an occasion of my most fav actress's demise, still couldnt help but post here. There are more number of cases where guilty ones go scott free than the number of cases where innocents get convicted. Hope you know that and that my friend proves that the whole judiciary system works on proving the allegations that one puts on the accused, not the other way around. In case of Kangana, as soon as she opened her potty mouth with some abba jabba jabba pseudo-feminism chants, she managed to paint a guilty image of the superstar HR since people love to think that all powerful men are horrible. Well there can be exceptions and emotional us dont think about one before holding someone responsible without any proof just becuz the claim comes from a woman.

Presidential candidates need votes. They have to prove it to the public. In court, the accused would have to prove it.

My understanding was that Indian judiciary had similar principles.
