These all are shimmery dresses... Modern day Indian arent dresses in kurta pyjama all the time with gold silver all over.

He wasn't wearing Indian clothes all the time though, just the mandir and gurdwara days. My family friend isn't into fashion either so her Indian clothes look/are dated and tacky too. They dress like this when they come to local events to so definitely not a charade. That's just how they are.

Canada is a sugar overdose though... maple syrup too be exact and I guess our leaders represent that. The world is full of uncompassionate Prime Ministers and Presidents that sometimes he looks too good to be true.
