Ajay can give a Hit without Rohit Shetty because Raid proves it. He was already a star in the 90s before Rohit came. Remember when Zameen (Rohit's first film) didn't do well at the BO, Ajay gave him a second chance which lead to the birth of the Golmaal franchise. So Ajay made Rohit Shetty what he is today.

He also made other directors successful as well e.g. Prakash Jha.
