Nah am not PC either but I've seen her in person prior to her debut & she looked very very pretty to me! I feel like her face looks much better offscreen than onscreen. Now ofc, she is beautiful & super young looking!!

It goes both ways .. sad that because of a patriarchal audience, they have to hide their age but at the same time it's sick that these women can have such low morals and simply lie about themselves just to make huge money. Don't give me the excuse of their love for acting made them hide age etc. if t hey were only interested in acting, at least some of them would have stuck to theater plays.

The thing is that there are actors like Vidya, Ash, Kajol etc. who never lied about their age. They could have also tried to stay 29 for at least a few years but no, they aged fine.

Why can't other actresses do that? ..Agreed that this biased Industry may not offer them much work but at the same time Bollywood has a real big impact in India and this industry is all about giving importance to the actors who give hits at BO. So, if you are good at your work, and dish out good popular films then you will get offered more and more in spite of your age. Otherwise, you can stick yourself to 29 or 30 like Katrina but will still have to lick Salman Khan to get films because without Khans, you've been delivering duds for a while. Even the plastic surgery doesn't works after a while.

Actresses lie so they can try to have a longer career in bw. It's sad actually. But I don't think it's a big deal, the age doesn't bother me. It's not like she changed her ethnicity or something and lied about that. 😉

And I was like you're not even That beautiful lol. And to think whatever credit goes to the surgeon. But imagine getting surgeries at 40 and still trying to make it when you've been around for 2 decades already.
