Beauty is subjective, I find her quite beautiful, better than most of the actresses that did plastic surgeries.

Radhika is average from the POV of most men. She's a good actress though. That's what counts.

Priyanka, Deepika, Bipasha all have done skin lightning treatments to become fair. Believe it or not, we Indians do have a special love for fair skin.

She has pretty regular looks but her acting makes her stand out. Neither bad looking nor overtly good looking. Also, she was fabulous in Son of Abish, unlike rude and overrated Tapasee.

It matters...for most of the Indians. Even the face doesn't matters much if you are fair. Girls just need to have a hot curvy body with fair skin and men will become horny. Radhika would've became as gorgeous as Deepika for men, only if she had a fair skin.
