It's so good to see people who said would flop opening different review threads to bash the movie. Now that it didn't flop let me make a review thread and bash it lol The intention is clear already. The movie is appreciated everywhere it has great WOM that's why it is doing great across the board.

Every hit movie is overrated for those who cannot see why it is.
Critically Padmavat is a mixed bag as most critics found it meh.
Audience had TINA(there is no alternative) plus Kerni Sena effect.

But Deepika will benefit because of the name. She will now use this till she can squeeze last drop of fame and opportunity with the Padmavati title.

And so will Ranveer because he has done a memorable job, yes some may find his act OTT, clownish and so on. I mean there are people who find SRK in Darr OTT and overrated, didn't stop the character to grow into pop culture. Not saying Ranveer will get same treatment mainly because unlike SRK in Darr, Ranveer's Khilji does not have iconic dailouge. But you get what I mean. The majority will remember him for making a bland movie worth while.
Everytime him and Kafur came, audience were engaged, they were off, audience was bored.

Starpower of Ranveer Deepika n Shahid they made 200cr from a bad film like paddu bt so called King n Ladla evn in good movies is not able to touch that ;(

It's a huge hit in US, Surely going to break all records.

LOL! Thank god I wasn't the only one. I literally felt the same...they least they could have done was make Aditi look bad 😆 She was breathtaking lol...she was literally glowing and radiant! Almost felt like a skin-care commercial...To me - that scene looked like Deepika was a goan-wali visiting a maharani in a palace

But I totally believe you since the mesmerizing Aditi(with her soft, regal features) is really 100x times prettier than the overhyped Deepika 🥱

Honestly, one needn't be sorry for not liking what everyone likes... so despite being a DP-RS fan, I would say its okay.

However, its really amusing to see a set of people always waiting for Anti-DP-RS thread and barging in like hungry vultures.just for a chance to bash them. 😆
