i dont think DP is pissed off, yes Shahid is and its evident how he took a dig at RS's statement that he is just happy to be acting in movies.

There was never going to be joint promotions, rs and dp were not going to promote the movie together as they play khilji and padmaavati, and coz they r still trying to get the film released in the banned states they r still having to promote seperatley

Now I don't know the reason why shahid and dp never promoted together, they r playing the romantic pair, yet not a single promotion together

They all look completey fine, rs dp were holdimg hands at the first screening and then rs, dp and sk cut a cake together at the second screening, rajeev is just trying to use the seperate promotions to create gossip

The cake thing happened before the reviews of veer's appreciation started pouring in.

Maybe Sasha felt insecure but dp, that too from an actor, I doubt. She'd be insecure of PC in bm but him, I dunno.

Sasha got better reviews than DP I feel.

It was all her beauty and the jauhar speech that got the praise.

Nothing else was mentioned.

THE TRUTH REMAINS

PADMAAVAT is really a good film, might be not a great great film. The intent of the film was very clear. Majority of people around 80% feel they were moved with climax scene and kept thinking about the characters even after coming back come.

Truth remains

when a film is successful, everyone benefits.

Ranveer has benefitted hugely followed by deepika and shahid.

yes there are people whofelt shahid was miscast.but there are more people also who feel the rajput king was supposed to be calm and composed as he was not as powerful as khilji.Shahid did as he was told. Moreover after seeing shahid as rawal sa nobody can imagine any other actor in his place, nobody can think other than deepika to play rani sa. and nobody can think anybody to play allaudin other than khilji.

boost to shahid maximum as he is now a 100 crore club actor, have entered the list of fortunate people to have worked under bhansali. Now entry in bhansali camp. After rangoon failure and previous flops before haider, he didnt had that major big film.Padmaavat was that big film which will project him in top 7 male actors at present.
