The new Forbes list is adjusted and actually more accurate than earlier estimates but ok. LOL FYI Priyanka made more money last year as well.

Also Priyanka hasnt been in India to shoot for brands and that's all Deepika did this year, however I do recall Priyanka does still feature on the brand list too

Er no. The new list is not "adjusted" nor was the earlier one an "estimate" and nothing like that was ever said. In fact, Forbes themselves have been tweeting the older list out just this week again.

The second list is different in the sense that it doesn't include all income. For actors, it only counts acting income from movies/ads and nothing else. So no producing income, no investments, no live shows or stage appearances, no events, etc.

For example, for Deepika the Highest Earner List would count the money she makes from her clothing line but the second celebrity 100 list wouldn't. That's why the second list looks so bizarre with people like Karan Johar making even less money that Sonam, etc.

Oh so Priyanka's production house income isn't even included in this. Interesting.

Regardless Priyanka is the only woman in top 10 in this list. One of 2 actresses in the earlier list. Made the most money out of actresses last year as well. Good for them. Actresses should be making more money. That's what this topic should be about... Not the fake headline and sensationalism that was attempted

When the Mary Kom actress was asked if that has struck a chord with women in Bollywood, she said, "Not just Bollywood, I think it has struck a chord with everyone. #MeToo got popular not just in America but all over the world."

Am surprised how she made the list. Without any Ads or Shows or Films. How much does Quantico pay her? I think even if it is in Dollars, it still shud be far less than what Deepika makes. Does this only include her Acting fees or even her Marathi Film Production Profits?

She is a mediocre actor, below average singer and even she is overpaid.🤣
