Sid's problem is that he is restrained. Acting requires abandon to some extent.

He needs to improve for sure.

All outsiders who make it in the industry have to suck up to insiders and that's how they get noticed.

He is not that bad.

Plus, when someone's career is not going the way it's supposed to, there are many naysayers. Nothing succeeds like success, as they say. General observation.

Don't know if Sid will be a superstar in Bollywood but as someone who likes him, I would want him to do good cinema and improve as an actor. You can never predict when fortune comes knocking.

Because he is attractive and eye candy sells. Don't you know that? Also, bw doesn't even require acting or good acting at that. Just be good looking, and you're hired.

Sid is extremely good looking. I think filmmakers bank on his looks a lot.

While his acting is subpar he has potential. I think he did well in Kapoor and Sons. It was a nice restrained performance. His chemistry with his brother and family seemed natural and relatable. He needs the right roles and a director who works to his strengths.

He has gorgeous eyes and a very likable demeanor... I'd go mad if he was in front of me.. he has this strange mix of masculine charms yet reserved shy behavior, I find him intriguing... and whenever he speaks, he has this 'structured' way of talking, he's beautiful... Okay, I am going off-topic, but I mean to explain why he's so interesting for us to watch or care ☺️

He needs a right character and right director like RTH said.. I already have a few characters in mind that will be suitable for him
