Have you guys heard the word method acting ? Its done by lots of actors. Ever heard of how Heath Ledger played 'The Joker' in the dark knight rises ?
Now you will be quick to point out that Ranveer isnt as great as Heath Ledger. But every individual has different way of understanding things n working. If Ranveer playing Khilji, is affecting him negatively and he needs help, its not a matter to laugh about. How we wish if Heath had taken similar help, we wouldnt have lost upon a good actor.
Visiting a shrink, taking help for mental problems is not a funny thing. Its this kinda reaction that makes individuals to hide their problems n end up hurting themselves.
p.s. Dont know about rapists, but there have been actress who visited the red light area before playing prostitute's character.
