totally entertaining..i have so far in bahrain never witnessed these many whistles..claps..cheers from the audience as much as I did for this one..it was housefull and that too on 9th muharram..when normally many people don't go to movies here..
David dhawan has made an entertaining movie. I as an audience cannot complain. I am happy and I had a good 2 plus entertaining hours.
I don't know for others but I don't mind leaving my brains home and just laughing like a maniac..and this movie gave me ample such moments where I was laughing out loud. It was very entertaining and credit goes to David dhawan for never letting the movie go low on entertainment.
Varun dhawan. He is a SUPERSTAR. He is sheer magic on screen. The amount of whistles he got. Audience loves him and I need not say more. He has that aura..charm..talent..everything what it takes to engage the audience and make an extremely strong impact. Varun manages it all brilliantly here. Kudos..esp since it was a tough spot for him to be in Salman's shoes but he does a brilliant job
Jacueline looks bloody gorgeous in every frame. She got whistles for her entry scene and again very rare have I seen that for actresses here. This shows why she is one of the most popular actresses, guys for sure love her and the whistles totally prove that :p She delivers here..her comic timing was good too..and with great screen presence..good energy..jacki leaves an impact.
Taapse is a good actress and she does a good job here too. Just that in some scenes I felt her to be a bit too subtle which again works for movies like Pink but in this genre..the pitch has to be a bit higher (how ratna pathak said while explaining shift from LUMB to Mubarakan) Taapse in some portions was lacking that energy and pitch which Varun and Jacki had..which is why I felt she made less of an impact on me. Nonetheless..i.liked her still and she is super cute..oh and she got whistles for her bikini scene in Unchi hai building too :p
Songs were amazing. Had a blast seeing Unchi hai building..9 se 12 and aa tou sahi on big screen. It was fun to have such chartbuster music in a movie after a while
Supporting cast was good too. Anupam kher and particularly rajpal yadav were brilliant
and of course..Salman khan's cameo..the loudest whistles man..
Judwa 2 has its share of loopholes too..yes some.portions post interval do drag a little but they are not hurtful or patience testing and the movie remains entertaining with one hilarious moment after another through out
I am going with 3.75/5 stars
It is a sure shot BLOCK BUSTER!!
i would also like to say that go with your instincts...also don't take critics reviews so seriously..we all have our own tastes..so go with that without taking any one's review as gospil truth..inc mine
