9tanki: let us understand it this way. Bhnagarh fort is said to be haunted and even the archeological department has put up a board outside the fort saying no entry is permitted after 6 and before morning. So, does it make the olace haunted just because Government has said so?

Plus, we are debating about history. There are thousands of versions available for every single event. Each has its own interpretation and it is upto us ti choose what we believe.

You believe the government's version and Smoldy believes a different version. No version is incorrect.

Government sites can be wrong 😆, it shouldn't come as a surprise that a state tourism website is promoting a popular legend 😆, it's not exactly concerned with historical accuracy.
