She should have released her movie in Youtube instead on theater. With 7 plus million view and 200K likes, movie would have been Blockbuster on Youtube.

Yes.As much as her NY wali screenplay course would have been credited,had it been a hit.

Sindhu - I agree with your point on people being responsible for their own actions, but the director cannot do much when the crew ,his reputation and producer's money is at stake. Didn't Apurva leave the film mid way and had to face Ranaut sister's wrath?

@Nova19 Investment and business doesn't mean u become helpless. Then no business would have sruvived when workers rebelled. There are laws and contracts that safeguard everyone's interest and the makers failed or rather willingly ignored using them when the need arised.If they were scared of her vindictive nature I guess they would still be quiet and bear the loss and criticism silently rather than lashing out at her now.

If you missed the topic let me reiterate to you...Its not about her performance but her responsibility in the movie's BO failure, considering how she took over the promotions and allegedly the direction and writing departments...😊

It is not easy to leave the job in the midway. Kangana should have put her conditions when they approached her with the script itself. (That she will act, only after the script is modified).

If they still went ahead, it would have been their fault. But if it happens in the middle of the shoot, the unit (including the director) is just held as hostages.

are the makers complaining? The only person who has been complaining from way before the film released is Apurva. Not many media outlets paid attention to him before, but now that the film failed it seems like they're latching on to his previous interviews and publicizing them.

Atleast he left. I applaud the man for it. When everything is at stake u do ur best to save it not sit in one corner and watch everything burn to the ground. There is no way possible that she did everything on her own and everybody sat there helplessly.I don't know who can sit and watch someone ruin their work and reputation in the market knowingly. Like Apurva walked out cause he knew she is ruining his script.It depends on the person I guess.

Kangana can't suddenly demand things and force them to oblidge. Her job was to act, not direct and co write. Unless it was mentioned ever since she signed the project.So on what grounds did she demand it and why didn't the maker object. Why didn't they file a case against her if she refused to work unless her invalid demands are fulfilled? Though I faintly remember she was told she gets to co write. I don't remember much about it actually. But I don't get this she suddenly demanded stuffs and held them hostage and they were helpless.
