Since regressive mindset is deeply ingrained in this society of ours and TV shows have been unfairly painting regressive pictures of women's plights since virtually forever, the trend has been pretty much normalized. You won't see public denunciation for a hero pinning a heroine and downright harassing her sexually/physically. As I said those are deemed romances. I think , however, showing something remotely romantic between an adult and a kid is supposed to strike a nerve. I haven't seen the show and therefore all my statements are wholly based on the stuff I read on this site but yet I was uncomfortable with the mere idea of a modern day tale of a kid fantasizing about honeymoon with an adult.
Not to disregard the overall regressive stuff TV churns out everyday, one step closer to sanity is better than no step at all.

Yes, Ronit was doing the show Kammal which was also of Ekta and she offered him Bajaj for a 8 week cameo role. (she actually got really fond of Ronit) but, it didn't go well with the audience that his character was to end and there was a trp drop and she had to extend his role which ultimately turned into a parrallel lead. While Anurag changed, Mr Bajaj was always played by RR.

the promos itself was disturbing but the sad fact remains fangiri will remain silent just for their actor comeback...the fire scene promo in mandir was really disturbing...the show is stupid n crappiest in itself...i understand watching indian tv we should be devoid of any logic but the violence they show..have nothing to say

And just to curb my enthusiasm, what trauma did the heroine of IPK3 ( why is it 3 and not 2?) suffer as a child? I guess the opening post mentions PTSD? So what's the backstory?

if they would be showing consequences of child marriage they should have told it at launch of the show Every serial makers tells in press meet what is their show about . If the show would be showing ill effects of child marriage they should have told this but they didnt All they said its about a mature understanding woman taking care of the kid , protecting him against enemies thats why she marries him . This makes no sense Pardon me i have not seen PPK but what i have read i dont understand even one logical reason why Diya is made to marry Ratan while she could be made his guardian till he grows up and becomes capable to take care of himself ?The show's story would be more interesting in this way Why they forced marriage into it ?They supported child marriage in this way as they showed marriage with the kid was the only way their righteous protagonist diya could protect Ratan which is regressive and glorification of evil custom child marriage This is why i think the show received bashing The show cannot be banned on just audience petition its makers too failed to defend their show in front of ministry They had no defense for their own script and they said when the show went off air Next time they will come up with a better story
