Acting : 10/10(Not really a need to explain. The guy is a gem of an actor. When I watch him on screen, I simply don't feel that I'm watching an actor. It feels so natural and real that it looks like he's just a common person like you and me. His dialogue delivery, style and expressions are class apart.)

Charisma : 8/10(He really has an alarming screen presence. Whatever role he plays he gives a life to it)

Looks : 4/10(He's definitely not a handsome guy though he has aged quite well)

Versatility : 10/10(The Lunchbox, Paan Singh Tomar, Piku, Haasil, Saaheb Biwi Aur Gangster, Talvar, Life in a Metro, New York Hindi Medium and there are definitely more. Even in small roles like Haider and Life of Pi he leaves his mark .What is special about him is that he brings different nuances to his character in each role and doesn't acts the same even if the roles are kinda similar in different movies. He doesn't puts more than required effort in his acting. He doesn't comes across as too energetic in his acting if the character doesn't requires it. But what makes him completely owning the character is that he putsa tinge of his own style into the role.)

He doean't dance so it wouldn't be fair to include in the rating...
