i just watched shahid kapoor some videoes how he start career in 2003 and start dating kareena in 2004 kareena was. on 1 in 2004 they dated eachother till 4years then i saw his name with. pc he was dating pc in 2011 and was always in news for affair but dating with top actress. and always in news didnot work for his career why 😲 even working with top actress not worked for his career idont get why atleast he should get one big hit in 15 year career

Coz there were not many actresses to pair him with. He always looked like a baby, esp in the era of macho stars.

Bebo looked older than him, hence they looked weird together on screen, as did most actresses.

Now is the time he looks good with younger actresses.

Also, the fact, that he is an okay actor at best.

Before Ranbir happened, Shahid was probably the only single mainstream popular actor of his age. Hrithik was married and Vivek had a bad mess going after his fiasco with Salman. Aftab never really made it.

So, basically actresses had Shahid as the only option. Plus he is an okay-ish actor, nothing that good that he would be a superstar.

Sasha was never a super star material, he doesn't have that charm. Moreover he is mostly in news because of his personal life than professional one

Because BW is male dominated place, movie's success depends on the heros, not the heroines no matter how popular they r unless the movie is woman centric.
