I'd say both Tara & Sejal were the 'fixers' for Ved and Harry respectively. They filled that void for both men but Sejal had more issues. Tara was self-assured, she didn't seem to have issues as such apart from when she fell in love with Ved and found herself lost.

Sejal, from the beginning was lost. She was seeking out something to complete. In literal terms, she was searching for the 'ring' so her fiance doesn't make her feel like crap and for once she can say she actually did something 'right'. But really she wanted to feel complete in herself and she felt that because she filled that 'kami' Harry had.

Both anushka and DP were brilliant! One of their best performances.

Well I did like her in JTHJ and she was fab in BBB but damn this JHMS ruined everything 😆 I'm not worried about hits, I just wanna watch a good movie and enjoy it. Being a SRK buff I don't miss his movies so let's see how his next movie goes. Will wait for the trailer but oh I'm scared 😆

Though I can understand the criticism Imtiaz may get for having a similar theme in his movies i.e.'soul searching' but somewhere along the line many do relate to it because we all search for some sort of satisfaction, peace...whether it's in a job, relationship or life in general. That's why many end up in forums like this because they want to escape their real life or issues.

We all like to escape, all search for something. That's what Imtiaz tries to portray.

Main difference was Tara was a consistent character,she reacted to things in a way n stayed true to her characteristics. But with Sejal it was very inconsistent n forced. It felt like she was acting like that just cz Imtiaz's told her to,no other logic.1 sec she was A another sec she was Z .

I really dislike Tamasha 1st half too though, couldn't connect to the whole Don n Mona pretending game thing.😆

and literally all the aam junta rejected her ghatiya performance and ripped their hair😆 i haven't read the revews, but i am sure no reviewer thinks its her careers best😆
