Most of the reviews that have come in so far are from people closely associated with the film, or those "distributors" or people close to them. They are giving 4 stars in order to get people to come to the theatre so they can make money / and or keep their connections with the Kapoors/Bazmee.

I read some of the "reviews". Some have said Bazmee is "most underrated director of our times" 😕 another said Bazmee delivered "time and again" - really????

These are FAKE reviews. We all know Bazmee's previous work is utter trash. And going by the trailer and all promo clips of Mubarakan, we know this is nothing new.

Wait for real reviews. Don't spend money on CRAP films like this. That's why they keep getting financed. Is that what we want? I'd rather watch Lipstick Under My Burkha 10 more times than sit through this so-called "Comedy of the year" 👎🏼

Why accuse the TM? He/she did not write or make those reviews, right?

I have seen BO threads for far worse movies. Plus opening a thread here isn't anyway going to make the movie a blockbuster. If the movie is really that terrible, don't you think its better that more people know about this through the reviews and avoid watching it?

Opening Shows - Mubarakan v Munna Micheal

Mubarakan had a very similar opening to Munna Micheal released last week. This does not necessarily mean the same opening day as Munna Micheal was playing on 500 more theatres but there is a chance that this can be compensated by growth at multiplexes which did not happen for Munna Micheal. The huge importance od stars has been illustrated again in the past few weeks as a film like Jagga Jasoos which basically had off beat content opened below the mark but still better than more commercial content like Munna Micheal and Mubarakan. Below are the admit figures of first shows for Mubarakan and Munna Micheal with the cinema counts taken from each centre listed next to the city.

This could do around 7crrs Friday. With comedy and decent family entertainer weekend should peak up...finally bollywood might get a hit after several flops in row

Yup i think so too, reviewers said its a clean entertainer, Families will love it, Weekend will be good and night shows might pick up.
