Ranbir fans are not that stupid to make big claims like that! The film is releasing and its more than enough for us at the moment.

Jagga Jasoos will not beat Baahubali
But it can do well overall at the Box Office
It has all the ingredients of a good film
We have very few films based on adventure in Bollywood
If this succeeds more films can be made on adventure

It seems like it is a so so movie. Not so good or not so bad. Lets wait and watch.
