We are not including Jhanvi ? She could be a real contender. I am pretty sure huge swaths of her body are not the same as birth and it is not because of the gym. At her age, scary. I am not including her sister Khushi since she is still not officially in BW.

The worst of them was Koeli Mitra...I hope I got the name right...The ones who got better with surgery..SriDevi and Shilpa...the ones who got worse...PC and Anushka...they do what they got to do to survive...but it sucks when an already gorgeous face is destroyed by surgery...lucky are those who make it better..

OMG. Shit makes so much sense now. So Shraddha did get PS? Wow, She got THE Best surgeon in the world. I always wondered because she was kind of a pretty gal in Luv Ka the End and then went under my radar for some time and resurfaced as such a Beauty.

Also I like to add Kareena Kapoor to list of celebs who spoil their face with surgery. The effects are a lot more obvious now but even when she first got it, I reckon when she came in contact with Karan Johar, she lost her natural god-gift. In K3G you can see in some college scenes with HR, she looks really really bad. But before in films like Refugee and Ajnabee, she looks resplendent throughout.
