I don't support the idea that brown skin doesn't go with blond hair colour. I think it depends on person to person. Many brown-skinned foreigners dye their hair blond and they look perfectly fine, so why this narrow-mindedness only for Indians? I like Deepika's hair colour. This particular photo makes her hair look damaged and weird but in other pics, her hair looked beautiful. The colour really complemented her dress colour well too.

Katrina's hair colour doesn't suit her face or complexion. I don't like it. She looks cartoonish.

Both look bad but atleast katrina's hair isn't tacky, deepika is looking like a chudail with her messy hair and gothic makeup!
