Personal problems shouldn't be a reason for such behavior at work. There is a thing called professionalism and Rani doesn't seem to have it.

Why is that article resurrected every 2 weeks?? That was sooo long ago.. even before the brad and angelina body guard drama! Old article, I doubt she is that way, but dunno.
