I agree with sleep.. Make sure you have 8 hours sleep :)


Don't ever worry about it because you will not age so soon 😆 ..just take care by drinking sufficient water(8 glasses/2-3 litres), enough sleep(8 hours), eat well and include all kinds of foods in your diet, stay physically active and mentally peaceful :)


You can try some natural stuff for application on your skin.. IDK if it'll work, but for me it does... I have no rule and apply some fruits to my skin ☺️ I keep applying these whenever I have mood or cut them for consumption ---

1) Banana + honey...mash and mix, apply.. it stings a little
2) Muskmelon... while cutting it up, there's pulpy liquid in the middle of the fruit, remove that - remove the seeds - apply the liquid. (you can store the rest of the juice/pulp in a glass jar in a refrigerator)
3) Tomato... just cut a small piece while cooking, rub it on your face -- it's also very good for skin.
4) Raw milk + turmeric + honey + gramflour --- mix, apply, leave it for 40 minutes and then rub it off your skin(it is a face mask).
5) Papaya + honey/almond powder
6) Coconut... IDK how to explain this one, but I sometimes use it like face scrub when I extract coconut milk..
7) Take a piece of watermelon, rub it on face. 😆


^^ sorry, some of them are silly but I just go for them because they seem very harmless and are easy(involve no procedure) 😆 ... and for all these except coconut scrub I apply and leave it on my face for 20-40 minutes.. There's even orange peel face pack, but haven't yet tried it..


HEYYY, Coconut MILK is very good for skin, I never tried it, but whenever I apply coconut milk to my hair, my face starts glowing too even if I don't scrub my face with the grated coconut.. I would recommend this for your undereye problem.



Chamomile tea also... is very good for health, it helps you sleep. And there are many remedies for hair/skin with chamomile tea, here read this --

I apply a tiny amount vaseline or petroleum jelly under my eyes before sleeping. My skin tends to be excessively oily & I have to drain myself night after night for study purpose...I have horrible dark eye circles and I have used and tried everything but nothing helps it. Unless I quit stressing & studying late night, that's not going to vanish I suppose so I've made peace with it. 😆
