Check out the under eye oil by Veda Earth. It worked very well for me. Try to sleep early. (I know it's hard 😆) Apply aloe vera gel+ vitamin E oil 2-3 times a day.Or you can buy those cooling eye gel mask and keep it on the eyes for 5-10 minutes.

well i hope u sleep timely..
body needs us to sleep to self repair..
so try sleep well..specially dnt miss the night sleep..
n dnt eat too much sugar..it aides ageing i read..

Milia is white bumps on face more like small white pimples

If olive oil suits you and doesn't cause any problems, continue with it... Olive oil is great as hand lotion too only problem takes long to absorb 😊

They say sleeping on cotton pillow covers causes lines and hair frizz due to the friction it causes

Silk pillow cases are the best but they are exorbitantly expensive

Those lines must be natural lines not wrinkles..

some have them some don't.. don't worry abt them, stress causes aging too 😆

I use satin pillow case. It is cheaper and achieves similar results. Also, I braid my hair at night, don't let it loose.
