i think my sleepng habits are the reason of my undereye lines!

due to diabetic history in my family my daddy dont allows me to eat sweets or suger in tea/coffee.

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Salads. You can make a smoothie of raw fruits and vegetables and drink it for breakfast or dinner. I don't like to eat a lot of cooked vegetables as I feel the nutrients are cooked out of them. But to each his own.

Visit a dermatologist. They will recommend you some medical lotions/Creams etc. BTW they are just lines don't take too much stress.

u must try sleep by max 1am..then till 4am body will repair that is 3hr it
can self repair..

if u sleep at 3am ur body will get only 1hr..after 4am body does nt self repair..
that is what science tells..the day sleep or evening nap is nt counted..
the body is programmed such that only the night sleep is counted..
n i read sugar is toxic..though am preaching u i myself feast on chocolates
n pastry without a thought 😆😳
its easy to preach n hard to implement 😭

aww :( drink more water and include good fat like avocados in ur diet.. The elasticity in ur skin will improve 😃 also a teaspoon of aloevera juice or gel every morning is the best to maintain the skin elasticity

I don't know much about it, but I have heard, dry skin causes wrinkles ...so as some suggested here , stay hydrated...drink water, apply moisturizer and that should be it...and most importantly, stay stress free 👍🏼

Stay away from aerated drinks or even for that matter the boxed juices etc. And of course, eat and sleep well. I've noticed that it usually takes 2-3 months for any skin related issue to starting fading. So, hang in there and do not give up just because you do not notice any difference within a few days only.

Dry skin doesn't cause wrinkles, it's a popular myth... it makes it appear more prominent and moisturizing hydrates and makes it appear smoother

Somebody mentioned avocado here, avocados and fatty fish like Alaskan Salmon do make skin look better...
