In America everybody taking a plane, is strip searched and cavity searched that is virtually via body scanners at the airport by tsa agents.

You can opt out and choose pat down instead (heard some creepy stories about some passengers getting repeatedly and unnecessarily pat down in sensitive areas) still they can force you to go thru body scanner if they want to.
