Yep...he was the most k***na and inhuman. He should have been definitely hanged. Someone who can do such atrocious crime should not be treated as juvenile

Finally she got the justice but these guys should've get punished long time ago, hope all the victims like her get justice and those guys that can't treat women right gets punish like this.

Justice served and early by Indian standards. But I am waiting for the day when the wealthy and powerful also start paying for their crimes. These people were all poor slum dwellers and couldnt afford lawyers like Harish Salve.

Juvenile was the one who used the iron rod. But at what stage does a juvenile stop being a juvenile. He was 17 at the time and that age is mature enough. Does one suddenly go from being a juvenile at age 17 years and 364 days to adult the very next day?

He's working at some dhaba in the south. Abdul something was his name, right? Wish he gets lynched by some mob.

That Aarushi case is a totally different context. I feel sorry for the poor parents. What is the right scenario or punishment in that case I wonder.

So this 14-15 yr old girl was having sex with the 45 yr old servant while the parents slept in the next room. They discover them like this and father tries to hit servant from the back and also hits girl accidentally.

If she lived, what a shame for them.

Not everything is so black and white. This case actually led to ammendment in laws which facilitated the jurisdiction of death penalty over rape.

So there is no shame, our society is progressing.
