LOL. What Blasphemy. The intolerance makes me laugh coz honestly religions, languages and all such things are too huge for anybody to mock them. I can never understand why people get so touchy about it. Actually chuck that, my problem is how people expect everybody to have same opinions and any conflict of opinion marks the other person a serial offender worth getting outcast from the society. Like WTH man. Why can't we learn to co-exist.

I really like Sehwag and Gambhir but I don't agree with their political views. Rather, Sehwag's tweet for the Gurmeher kaur case was stupid imo but that doesn't mean I stop liking him just for that. It's just an opinion for heaven's sake.

Anyway, even if what you are saying is true then this too shall pass. People forget pretty easily. This guy ruled bollywood playback singing for years. Whatever his intentions be behind this, he would forever be rembered in the history of bollywood as a sucessful talented singer.

He didn't say anything wrong though, India is a secular country, why in the world azans are blasted so loud? and I am a secular muslim who is saying this, in the west, no one is allowed to blast religious things openly like that

Tarek fatah is right, muslims are the dada's of India, it's their say or no say at all.

👍🏼 Good for you, but i was talking about Pakistan. The OP is trying to make out Sonu as if he is Ranbir or SRK or Hrithik. No one in Pakistan i know is a fan of Sonu on that level, he is just another has-been singer.

And besides this whole Sonu controversy is India's problem, the OP is trying to act like she is a part of it and with her is dragging an entire nation and religious group.

Tarek fatah is right, muslims are the dada's of India, it's their say or no say at all.

Some muslims are the dada's of everywhere, that is their main problem. Its either their way or no way.

He just tweeted his personal agony ...he didn't write a letter to Religious heads in Saudi or Egypt to stop Azaan world wide...that merits such a backlash.

Exactly...That's why I was confused when I saw so many Pakistani/non-Indian members getting offended over his tweet! 😕

@has-been:Every artist will be a has-been sooner or later because they cannot be performing at their best forever...Doesn't mean they are not talented or that people forget them..

Pakistan love sonu nigam more than they love any pakistani singer be it atif or rahat ..because sonu is considered as the most greatest playback singer ...because aritst dont belong to one nation

Its strange that I see Rahat mostly singing for serial OSTs when he is such a talented singer...

I love Sonu, but Rahat is at a different level altogether...

^^^these days they are not making rahat kind of songs ...but some how he can suites songs like jag gumiya which was supposed to be sung by arijit but went to rahat and he recently sang duet with sonu in begum jaan
