btw...aloo was terrible in soty and dips was piece of wood in few of her early outing.

DP was wooden plank in her second Bollywood movie. Alia started flourishing in her second outing. She looked natural and could hold on her own. Won't say she was very good but didn't fall apart. Where does KJO come into this picture? Acting is bit inside you and bit cultivated. 😊

each time aloo was given opportunities, and she delivered. I paid at boxoffice windows, I came out clapping at her performances , paisa vasool.

imagine if these movies were good, actor was good, all praised, but actress aloo failed. so far aloo not failing. whatever given to her, she convinces all with her acts. and not only critics but janta seems to be loving her as well.

so kudos to her.

I wonder how much pressure these insiders have to deliver. rajesh khanna ..so famous, 2 daughters, total flops.

doctors, kids are pressured to become a doctor, engineer ka beta, engineer, lol...imagine the pressure on poor kids.

but with all these pressure they still come as winners, then taali.

which university did she go to?
did she do some stage acts, for experience, how much experience does she have.

Every other movie produced by KJo has Alia, she gets too many chance to prove it, every film to present her in the best possible way to the janta and naturally janta will like good quality films even if Aloo is not her best in it.

Shes good but not a great actress yet.

Were Rajesh Khanna's daughters launched by a particular producer/ director who then took them under his wings and made 2-3 films every year to highlight their plus points

Of course they were not talented at all but there are many outsiders who are talented and never get 1/10th of the opportunity that Alia is getting every year.

you can get best of role, offers, but if you don't have it, you going to fail, no matter what.
yes it makes easier for you when you get opportunities, good opportunities. abhishek also got opportunities, good opportunities, but I feel he just doesn't have the immense talent of his father and mother. I have seen many falter, despite given best of opportunities, not only in move career, but other careers as well. I would be shouting from roof top if alia failed when given so many opportunities. so far she is doing good, so good for her. some are given opportuniites cos of their looks, some from certain camps, some from family background, Bollywood background, yada. end of the day...you gotta act. and alia does.
