I agree with you.. I never really like all this 'whistleblowers', or people who 'speak their mind' . It's a good quality to speak your mind, but one should know where to tone down, or be politically correct. We are a social being too, and we cannot be blind to that side of life... sure, they may be bringing some things to our attention, they aren't doing anything wrong, but I don't really see/think it is the best way to deal with problems, because talking is just as effective as - talking, if it does not irk some people..
Let your work speak for you. Bank on your talent - let your work let you climb to the top and when you are influential/powerful enough to be immune from others, try to be the change by being just and fair on your part as an influential person in the industry. This is how changes are made, in a positive - constructive way... By running your mouth and saying shocking things you are only bringing down your career, because people in general do not like working with such a person who talks too much.

Understand the world around you, and deal accordingly while not forgetting your individuality - there lies your intelligence - rather than blindly rebel against it because you'll be the only one ending up with bruises.

I hope she has not yet ruined her career.

Oh, and let's not forget how her character is painted negatively - where people come to conclusions that she's just an attention seeker, who likes saying controversial things just to stay in the news... talking is never effective, maybe upto a little extent where everyone will nod their heads in agreement or applaud her on social media.

She has some mental issue. She should consult a psychiatrist.
In her case, it's really difficult to know what is the truth? And what is just a cooked up story inside her head?

She lives in her own la la land where entire world is planning and plotting against her.

Kjo is forever hurt. He has habit to make issue out of a tissue. He's still narrating the story how kareena rejected kal ho na ho. That decade old story. Holding grudges is his favorite hobby. If he thinks he's not brand ambedser of nepotism, even he should get his brain checked as well.

And asking someone to leave industry means he thinks he owns this entire industry. Even he needs a treatment to come out of his delusional land.

I don't think so. Kangana never had the huge fan following that other stars have, big directors chasing her or big ads. She'll continue to do small films but I doubt her success in big films. I can only remember TWM and Queen. Every other film of hers is a flop.

Twinkle took a jibe at KJo but an outsider pointing out the same really hit him. The problem with Kangana is that she's made too many foes with her arrogance. KJo will find many in the industry who will agree with him for the same reason. That said, KJo is absolutely wrong in asking Kangana to leave industry. He doesn't own the industry. She's part of it and has every right to question it. KJo comes off as the trolls that ask people to move to Pakistan when they comment about present scenario in India.

It's better to call a spade a spade instead of towing the line letting go of your self-respect. If I was in that company, I would do just what Kangana is doing. If I am booted out of the industry, so be it. It is not the only industry. There are several opportunities and if one has talent one should never fear.

I don't know about you Koiza, but like Kangana I would never compromise for sure, just to climb the ladder.

where is KOIZA? She's back?!

I missed you wherever you are.

Except karan is NOT her CEO
People she works with are rarely associated with Karan

She doesn't work for bhatts anymore and those are the only people common between her and KJo

ETA:

Twinkle calling out KJo gets a nice shrug and Kangna calling out KJo gets a ratchet by his claws thr moment her movie flood. If that's not a sign of KJos glaring partiality for insiders what is?

Karan is a drama queen and weasel.

Kangana is great at complaining but doing things postive are much more beneficial than just complaining.

that is food for thought

well kangana had a likeable personality even uptill 2013 and rhat was the time she was struggling the most but still so likeable..i remember the roundtable 2013 with her..dp..vb..nimrat and rajeev of course..and she was at such ease..not complaining..enjoying herself..complementing dp on her looks..

just the point when all that struggled worked..she turned rather whiny..i don't get it..seemed she was enjoying herself more when she struggled than now when she literally started bringing all the bad things that happened to her and attacking everyone..i guess that balance of personal and professional..she kinda lost that..it all started with dp dedicating award to kangana..and from then to now..she has only burned bridges whether with dp..HR..shahid..you name it..
