Hema was never known for her figure. Her waistline was always big. It was was her face, which made the difference. Deepika's face do not have such features. If she is dressed ordinarily, she looks ordinary. Hema strikes even when she dressed as a village girl.

Hema was not a good actress, but a better dancer than Deepika.

It is apt to compare her with Katrina (except for figure) than Deepika.
