Like someone said before, infact, this is a characteristic of an Indian - we are accepting of many, we have the freedom to like anyone, hold whatever opinions we wish, unless it is unconstitutional.. 😃

As for Pakistanis... it is a known fact that many Pakistanis are on this forum, still loving of BW music/movie/actors and so on? They love their country too, but still love BW, i think that is something beautiful about both countries :-)

He needed to speak up? Why was he supposed to speak up? Is he some kind of spokesperson? He's an actor - he's paid crores to do his job, which is acting, and he does a brilliant job of that. Neither does he owe us anything, neither do we owe him anything. It's simply a business of give and take. He's not here to please pseudo-nationalists. If they are not pleased, then it is their problem.

Did Rani speak up when the attacks happened? No, right? So then by the same logic isn't she "aishanfaramosh" as well?

You want Fawad gone, but don't bother to remember Rahat Fatah Ali Khan, Atif Aslam, Ali Zafar. Why just Fawad?

Sadly the opinion of India forums doesn't resonate with majority of the people I have interacted with in my workplace and otherwise regarding this..They all have hatred towards fawad(not only the ugly colleagues coz they r jealous of good looking men )..Coz he dint speak up when needed and their nation is banning our films left,right and centre..

I have no problem if he comes back and makes a few more crores from India but there should be a trade off..Let indian films release ..Let indian actors go and work over there and get the same love and respect..I see only hatred for indians in their forums and here we are being magnanimous and unbiased ..Bohut hogaye woh din..India should hit back now..No more daya and mercy..

No , Fawad should have ..He was the Pakistani actor working in India ..mahira spoke up..Full respect to her ..But he did not ..And rani is not on Twitter or FB..Plus she didn't respond to anything ever even when she was active and working..

Hatred for fawad? Fawad hasn't done anything wrong, he just came to India coz he was asked to work there, fawad didn't force himself into india

Pakistan banned Indian films the same way india banned Pakistani artists, both sides banned stuff, so don't just talk as if Pakistan is the only one banning stuff, both countries reacted, and there r plans in Pakistan to end the ban of Indian movies very soon

And as a pakistani myself I can tell u we wud love for Indian artists to work in Pakistan, some Indian TV actors hav worked in Pakistani serials and that was greatly appreciated, many Pakistanis love bollywood and love the actors

I never actually got the hype around fawad..he is okay looking...fine actor...but people here praise him as he is some God's gift to humanity! I can't see what others see in him..
