Lot of Canadian actors and singers get US and Canadian citizenship as the industry is based in HW.
Coming back to your question, getting another citizenship does not make a person anti-nationalist. It just means they are seeking better opportunities for their personal or professional growth. It doesn't mean they don't love their country of origin. Usually families immigrate due to their kids securing better future. A lot of people settle back in India after acquiring a PR or green card since it's a good back-up plan
Selfish perhaps but it's not being anti-nationalist. You are not acting against your country.
