It's really ironical that I mentor Ranveer Singh in Gully Boy because throughout the film he mentored me.Every time I'd do a shot I'd look at him for approval.And he would give me so much confidence.Even now I'm on the phone taking advice from him - Siddhant Chaturvedi #GullyBoy

There's no scene you ever have to reshoot with Ranveer, he is a very banging actor. It's not like he's going to come in there and play every part with the same energy. He can morph into anything. - Zoya Akhtar ❤️❤️❤️ #GullyBoy

I remember Rohit or was it Ranveer mentioning that for Simmba Ranveer would mostly finish his scenes in one take. A valuable asset to possess since both films were wrapped up on time despite a very tight schedule.

I think Ranveer was the one who mentioned that during 'Simmba' Promotions,in the interview with Anupama Chopra.
