Budget has nothing to do with hit...as far as i know. Distributor share matters. Raees will be declared a hit if it crosses 65 cr distributor share. For that it should cross 135 cr net I think. So it looks like to me that the verdict is fine. I dont think it will collect enough to reach 135 cr. So I would say the verdict is not in jaldibaazi. But its ok. The film is still a superhit in its genre. No other crime film has done this much business...clash or no clash...so any fished up haters...come talk logic to me or accept its a superhit

With the release of Jolly LLB 2 today, the screen count of Raees has lost around 80% screens. The movie at the best can earn around 3 crores more. The final lifetime collection of the movie will be less than 150 crores. Though the movie has makes it to the profitable zone and emerged as a hit, the expectations were high from SRK. He needs to work out the plans once again as his contemporaries, Salman, Akshay and Aamir Khan are racing ahead of him in this star power race.

Who is the author of this post. Wonder what he/she was smoking when writing the last line. They are in the business of writing about Bollywood and they dont even know what is star power. Look at the openings of movies given the constraints and then comment on star power. Lol worthy.
