Occupancy of Raees today (Thursday):
Morning: 80%
Noon : 90-95%
Night : 90%+
The 2nd day collections of Raees is
heading towards 26-27 crore nett mark.
This is simply OUTSTANDING in around
3000 screens & with clash.

The growth is not slow!! A 25-30% jump from an already very high level is actually huge. Think about it! That website that was quoted is obviously one sided and painting a biased picture. If one movie is running at 75% level already, how much can it grow? On the other hand if a movie is running at 30% capacity, it can grow as much as it wants to.

Hmmm yeah but it was a national holiday na? Thats why was thinking if the growth was kinda slowish. Esp how today and the next 3 days are so crucial too !

The collection for today might be crucial but it also happens to be a working day so it's not fair to expect big numbers...

Holiday doesnt matter if a film already was at a very high level on the previous day. It can only grow so much. Holiday advantage goes to a film that was at lower levels on the previous day. And Kaabil being a good film got that holiday advantage. Raees did what it could max dogiven the capacity allocated to it. It would be concerning if it had dropped...but 25% growth is solid. Check BOI article to convince yourself 😃
