For the 1st half was soo very amazingly awesome, I like the 1st half more than the 2nd half...like some/most da ending was I don't knw, cud've been a lil better.
But all in all it was so so worth the wait!!!
Btw wat's wrong with the shaky camera in some scenes.

I loved Mahira Khan's chemistry with SRK! After a long time SRK has managed to create some sizzling chemistry with the female lead (IMO)

shah is better than bhai and aamir when haath meh hathoda hoh...

when he shoots he aims it perfectly and doesn't miss.
real deal! i cannot believe i am saying this ...last night in raees shah looked better than other 2 khans. maturity, believe me, during action scenes, there was silence in theaters...chota motta bachon ka khel nahi tha...deadly business done by shah...convincingly! ohh mann that look in his eyes during laila laila scene...! SIGN DHOOM 4...wanna talk about breaking records?

don't compare this movie with dangal ... 😆 this movie has no message, doesn't preach, at times its dark, slow, gritty, violent, raees is showcase of shah's superb screen presence, his entire act.
shah is deadly...honestly i started doubting him in action roles after those CE, hny...ugghhh...but what comeback to win me. each and every scene he aced.

but for some reason i failed to connect emotionally with the movie and raees sahib. i really didn't feel sorry for him even in the end. how i wish director have showed more depth, bonding between his dost, his ammi, his gareebi, struggle, it was there but not enough to pour my heart to raees.


but in dangal and barangi bhaijaan,...i say without any doubt.. better films. the story, screenplay played big part in these movies...and add bhai and amir ...you can't go wrong.
hey...even sultan, i thoroughly enjoyed...human connection hona chahiye. and am i forgetting songs.
