😭 I love Kangana. Don't care for the boys. But this movie seems thanda.

unless the story can blow the socks off you, yes.

Positive word of mouth will be critical.

We know what happend when Anurag Kashyap done a movie which was more commercial than his other movies to attract more audiences. Lets see if Vishal is able to pull it off after the trailer Im not expecting too much.

I dont want it to fail but difficult to predict as its big scale period drama so cost must be on higher side but it had the potential to be first big hit of Vishal if he stayed true to his style of film making...Nothing wrong in making commercial operas with big canvas and all that but that's not his style...Anurag Kashyap failed miserably when he drifted away from his style of movies but at least Rangoon is looking much better than Bombay Velvet...

From whatever clips released till date Shahid is riveting, kangana (when not on stage) is fantastic, Saif umm not sure..Need to watch more before we can predict

These types of films are always difficult to predict and I pray for Shahids sake that it is a hit. However I feel this film will be a huge success critically and the critics will love it. BO wise just hope that the story is special and the audience enjoys it enough which may or may not happen. Films like these depend on positive word of mouth to do well so if it's a good film which audiences can enjoy and connect with, I don't see what can stop it from becoming a hit

P.S if you guys can't tell by now from my recent posts I am a humongous Shahid Kapoor fan

WOM is the key for its success. Good thing that Vishal isn't going overboard with promotions. Save money there. We just don't know what to expect of it yet. If the story and screenplay is good, it will

be a success.

I will watch it regardless for Kangy baby ☺️ she's rocking as Miss Julia.
