BO # doesnt matter to most, all they care is about good movie.

Well it gives you a sense of pride as a fan when you get to know that your fav actor/star is doing well and is being accepted by a larger audience. However, at the same time BO collections are not true reflection whether a movie is good or not. Piku is praised to skies and all it was filled with toilet discussion 🤔 and made me skip my dinner 🤢. On the other hand I was recently blown away by Pink (its released in Pakistani Cinemas so cut the crap of morality lectures 😆 ) and I think it deserves all the praise and BO success. As far as commercial movies are concerned I loved loved Bajrangi Bhaijan and hated Dabangg.

There are some cult classics like Lamhe, Silsila and Andaz Apna Apna which gave me huge shock when I got to know that these were not accepted by cinema going audience.

In short, being obsessed with BO numbers is definitely not healthy but it boosts your morale to some extent if your fav star is doing well. Ranbir was not doing well lately but it didn't matter to me at all neither I have shoved success of ADHM on anyone 😆 nor I will do it in future. I just want to see my fav star on big screen and if box office success means more opportunities then why not its an added advantage.

i dont care about BO collection ..i watch the film for entertainment ,,,,,i have not invested money in film so why to take the tension of what business what film do :D
